Ben Küffer left a senior role at IWC to build the Swiss watch brand he believed was missing — independent, technically serious, and priced where serious collectors actually live. Norqain produces its watches in Lengnau, in the heart of the Jura watchmaking corridor, using movements developed in partnership with Kenissi, the same movement manufacturer supplying Tudor.

The Independence 20 celebrates Norqain's fifth anniversary with a skeletonized movement visible through both the dial and caseback. The open-worked architecture makes the mechanics of timekeeping legible to the wearer without requiring a technical education to appreciate.
